The City of Atlanta is joining the remainder of the world in respecting and honoring a NBA legend.
Kobe Bryant was one of nine individuals who died in a helicopter crash Sunday that killed everybody on board, including his daughter.
The city said that an artist, who passes by MFK and @404era on Instagram, is painting a wall painting at the Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark out of appreciation for Bryant.
“The City of Atlanta joins the world in grieving the loss of Kobe Bryant, his little girl Gianna, and the various travelers on board. Our thoughts and prayers are with their loved ones,” they said in an announcement.
11Alive additionally recognized another wall painting along the Beltline close to the Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark. It is obscure who the artist was.
