It’s been reported that an Atlanta recording studio was a target of a drive-by shooting on Wednesday (May 8) night, where Offset was reportedly recording new music.
According to Atlanta PD, shots were fired at the Crossover Entertainment Group studio around 9 PM, damaging three vehicles at the scene as well as the building’s exterior and at least one apartment window. Additionally, there are reports that one individual was shot in the leg, however, the arriving officers were unable to locate a victim.
The drive-by occurred shortly after Offset went outside the studio for a few minutes, and that when the gunshots were heard everyone inside the studio rushed into another room for safety.
Although witnesses confirmed that Offset was in the studio at the time of the incident, the Migos rapper had left by the time authorities had arrived on the scene. With that said, at the moment it’s unknown if Offset has even been questioned about the shooting, while surveillance footage has just been released that shows the unidentified shooter hanging out of the passenger window.
