Billboard compares Future to Sir Elton John

Future’s latest album WZRD climbed to number one of the Billboard Charts that gave him the push he needed to set a new personal record and ultimately set a new record for hip hop artist.

According to Billboard, “Future earned six No. 1 albums in just 3 years and 5 months, the quickest accumulation of no. 1s since Elton John in the 1970s,” writes Billboard Charts, via Twitter. “He scored seven No. 1s in 3 years and 3 months.”

This hasn’t been achieved by any other hip-hop artist to date. Congrats to Future!
