{DEM404BOYZ} KNUCKLE HEAD OF THE DAY

SEE WHO TOOK THE TITLE TODAY

A Scottish mother got the fright of her life after discovering a drunken stranger asleep on her sofa.

Elaine McDade, 43, a dance teacher from Glasgow, had been watching TV in bed with her children on Saturday night when she popped downstairs for a drink.

After hearing some noise in her living room, she looked through the door to discover 26-year-old Thomas Airlie, an engineer from South Lanarkshire, knocked sleeping on her sofa.

Thomas had let himself in the wrong house – where his parents lived two years ago – and had gone to sleep – but not before taking off his shoes and helping himself to a drink from the fridge.

Elaine, who said it was the one time she had forgotten to lock her front door, claims she woke the ‘apologetic’ man immediately, then her husband dropped him off at the nearest Asda because he couldn’t remember where he lived.
