Judge Steven O’Neill announced that Bill Cosby, 81, will be sentenced on Sept. 24.
Prior to his sentencing, Cosby will be required to register as a sex offender. According to NBC News, he will also undergo an assessment to determine if he is a sexually violent predator.
Since his April 26 conviction, O’Neill ordered Cosby to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet. Thus, receive permission to leave his home in Philadelphia. Last month, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated incident assault in his retrial of the Andrea Constand case. Jurors concluded that drugged and molested Constand in 2004.
