It was reported, within hours of Bow Wow randomly dropping Chris Brown’s name in a song about tension over an alleged falling out between them, video that the 31-year-old rapper-turned-actor later claimed to be old and edited leaked to show him getting attacked backstage at a show. According to the man who put hands on him though, there was nothing more to the recording than the beating that appeared to have ensued.
“We seen your a** the whole m***herf***ing night, n***a. You didn’t even know what was going on n***a. And we been watching you n***a,” Cheeks Bossman says in a response that he put out to Bow Wow’s video denying that he wound up on the losing end of the fade. “On gang, never disrespect the bird n***a. Ain’t nothing bigger than the bird. F*** wrong with you? P***y. Doing all that cappin’ on your live, n***a,” Bossman said.
The visual in question shows Bow Wow walking away from stage curtains blaring music, and traveling deeper into the backstage vicinity – when Bossman suddenly rushes him. The snippet then cuts off, leaving viewers to jump to conclusions about what may have gone down in the moments to follow.
Bow Wow later released a statement in which he confessed that the incident did happen, but that it happened back in November, and according to what the fan filming the altercation wrote in a series of tweets that he referred followers to – it seems he got the best of Bossman.
