IS THIS THE MISSING PIECE THE THUNDERS NEED??? With the NBA season being over that means that draft season is creeping upon us. One person that’s name is being mentioned often is Blake Griffin, who is reportedly to be strongly considering Oklahoma City Thunder.
The 28-year old power forward and soon to be free agent is thinking about leaving his current home with the Los Angeles Clippers to pursue new opportunities with Russell Westbrook and the gang.
Along with a chance of a better season, the Los Angeles Times reports that there is some financial aspects to think about.
“Griffin can sign a five-year deal worth $175 million with L.A., or sign a four-year deal worth $130 million with another team. The Boston Celtics and Oklahoma City Thunder are two teams that will make a bid for Griffin, according to several executives.” (via Los Angeles Times)
Listeners. Is this a good move?
