MILWAUKEE JAIL IS UNDER RADAR FOR FORCING WOMEN TO GIVE BIRTH IN SHACKLES !
A week ago, a prison in Milwaukee, WI was pummeled with a legal claim accusing its faculty of driving many ladies to conceive an offspring in shackles.
The suit was recorded on March 14 for the benefit of 27-year-old detainee Melissa Hall, who was pregnant amid her imprisonment at Milwaukee County Jail in 2013. Lobby is said to have been secured a “paunch chain” depicted to have bound her wrists to her abdomen, while her legs were planked with irons, amid work. The suit claims that the gatekeepers in charge of transporting and keeping watch over Hall would decline to unshackle her regardless of the request of healing facility specialists.

It is not the first occasion when that the Milwaukee imprison has been prosecuted over its treatment of tyke work among its prisoners.
