The show never closes in New York. A bizarre, revolting scene unfurled Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden, where previous Knicks forward Charles Oakley got into a physical quarrel with field security before being escorted from the building, taken to a police headquarters and accused of three numbers of wrongdoing ambush. Despite everything it was indistinct what set off Oakley after the amusement — which the Knicks lost to the Los Angeles Clippers — in spite of the fact that he allegedly said Knicks proprietor James Dolan began the difficulty. Oakley likewise apparently told police he purchased his own ticket to the diversion yet later conceded another person got it for him. The 53-year-old talked again in offhand meeting outside a New York eatery, asserting he “love(s) the Knicks” before including, “I don’t know why I’m not welcome at the Garden.”
