In East Texas, a 75-year-old woman, Charlesetta Williams, and her son survived the cities severe tornado this week with speeds as high as 130 miles per hour. The tornado touched down in Marion County and took the roof off of Williams’s house while she was inside as she took shelter inside of her bath tub. Charlesetta and her son were picked up by the tornado and landed in the woods 25 feet away from their trailer. “It felt like somebody just had their hands on us and just placed us on the ground,” her son told the news. Williams and her son have both in stable conditions.
